Terms and Conditions

Estimates & Deposits:

Please note that quotes are valid for a period of 14 days. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the design fee is required before any custom design or illustration work will be carried out to reserve time in my schedule.  Full payment is required before work commences if the order is less than $150. It is the policy of Rebecca Eddison that the balance is paid in full for the design work, upon receipt of your final invoice, before any development work begins. Further invoices for the project must be paid in full before printing commences.

Late payments 

Berry & Peg reserves the right to postpone the project to my next availability or cancel a project, without refund of previous payments, if a payment is late. Please note this may increase the project cost to current rates if applicable.


Should an order be cancelled, I must be paid in full for any work that is either in progress or completed. Cancellation fees are based on the amount of work completed. Fifty percent of the final fee is due within 7 days of notification that for any reason the job is cancelled or postponed before the final stage. If the artwork has been completed at final stage one hundred percent of the total fee is due within 7 days despite cancellation or postponement.


As a standard policy, we only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty.

If your wedding stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Berry & Peg we will be happy to correct or replace your stationery with the same, or, if it is not possible to resupply your stationery with the same, we will offer an alternative or similar replacement.  Please note that this does not apply to commissioned portraits.

Berry & Peg will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the faulty part of your order if we are unable to correct or replace your stationery. Berry & Peg will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety. Please note that this does not apply to commissioned portraits. No refund on commissioned portraits where the work has already been started or completed.


Please note that I cannot accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If mistakes are discovered after final printers proof approval, we will charge for any reprinting.

Revisions & Amendments:

Bespoke designs include up to three rounds of amends. Additional amends or changes to your stationery outside of this will be charged at my hourly rate of $40.

For Collection stationery – a maximum of two rounds of amends are included in the total cost; anything above this will incur a charge of $20 per amend.

You are responsible for the proofreading of all text and copy in the pdf proofs supplied. I will not begin print production until I have received written email from you referencing the correct proof to proceed with and full payment of the final invoice.

Printing Variations:

I spend a great deal of time on photography to ensuring I as accurately as possible represent the colour and detail in each piece.  Keep in mind, however, that monitor display colours differently. Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, plates, ink, and paper can all result in minor variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.

If you are directly colour matching your prints to something specific, I recommend a Printers proof to check colours, available upon request at an additional cost of $30 per proof. Or if you can find the Pantone swatch number I will be happy to match to this.

Wear & Tear:

Berry & Peg accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing and wear & tear on the materials used. All original illustrations use archival quality ink.


All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of Rebecca Eddison. Neither you nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way, without permission of Rebecca Eddison.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material, for example, portraits, hymns or poems that are to feature in your stationery.

The Client acknowledges that Berry & Peg is able to reuse any invitation options that do not progress past 1st stage.

Copyright of all illustration, artwork and/or design remains with Berry & Peg unless otherwise agreed. Berry & Peg retains the right to use the work for self-promotion, including placement in a portfolio and online. Berry and Peg reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Berry and Peg for marketing purposes online, across social media and website galleries.

Artwork / invitation / design usage must be strictly limited to agreed purpose unless otherwise agreed with an additional fee negotiated. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about buyout fees. Berry & Peg will release high-resolution artwork for the use of project only once final payment has been made, no original paintings will be sold.

The work must not be modified, changed or altered in any way without prior written consent from Berry & Peg.


Rebecca Eddison shall not be liable in any way for late delivery on the part of the courier.  Rebecca Eddison is not liable for any damage incurred during the courier of your items, it is our policy to purchase postal insurance to cover any loss or damage by the post office, covered by the Client. If an item is received with damages, please photograph the damage and email it to berryandpeg@gmail.com. From there appropriate action will be determined by the insurance policy of the post office. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS unless instructed by Berry & Peg. Any items returned without prior consultation will not be compensated for postage/delivery charges. Please choose your items carefully as there will be no refunds, returns or cancellations for a change of mind once the order is placed and/or received. Items that are damaged after delivery or after use will not be refundable or exchanged.

Item weight varies so to get a complete shipping cost, please email me the details of your purchase before you order. This quote on shipping will be provided for your approval before your order is finalised. It is the policy of Berry and Peg to purchase insurance equal to the amount of the purchase to cover any loss or damages. It is fewer headaches for both of us that way. Pick Up Collection can be arranged by appointment if you are in the Brisbane area.

International Shipping

Berry and Peg are more than happy to ship to international clients, please just email for a quote, which I will send for your approval before the order is finalised. PLEASE NOTE: Different countries have different policies and customs taxes for a certain item, it is the responsibility of the client to be aware of these in the country they expect Berry and Peg to ship to and for the Client to pay any of these fees. Please check these policies and taxes before purchase to avoid disappointment. Berry and Peg will not refund if an item is held in customs.

The payment of a job binds you the Client to the acknowledgement and agreement to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
